Industrial Bank of Korea
The official exchange rates for the Korean Won (KRW) are published daily for 21 major currencies by the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) from Monday to Friday around 12:00 UTC-3 time. Please note that the IBK is not the Central Bank of Korea, but it is a state owned bank too, which was established to promote small and medium-sized businesses.
The plug-in for this bank has been released with foxer currency converter in version 11.1.0.
KRW Historical series
Industrial Bank of Korea does not publish any specific historical file, but historical series since 2006.01.02 can be retrieved on demand for every month from the calendar.
Note that for long historical files like this, there is a higher chance of failing to recover modern coins because they did not exist at the time.
