2022.09.12 – RBA has disabled the deprecated Transport Layer Security ( TLS ) versions 1.0 and 1.1. While this is no problem for modern Windows platforms, we found that it prevents Win32 apps from connecting and downloading any data when running in Windows 7 and other Windows Server versions.
